AI contract review for real estate agents

Upload a purchase contract. RE Tools pulls out the price, dates, parties and contingencies, works out the deadlines and flags the terms worth a second look. Each flag names the clause and page it came from.

Reviewing the contract is where RE Tools starts. It keeps going through the dates, your client, the signatures, the listing and the follow-up after closing.

  • Contract review with risk flags

The old way: Hunting through a purchase contract for the price, the dates and who pays for what.

With RE Tools: The price, dates, parties and contingencies pulled out for you, and risks ranked by severity. Each flag names the clause and page, so you can check it against the contract.

  • Deadlines on your calendar

The old way: Counting days by hand and hoping a weekend or a holiday didn't move the date.

With RE Tools: Deadlines worked out from the effective date, rolled past weekends and holidays, and sent to Google, Apple or Outlook through one calendar feed.

  • A portal for your clients

The old way: Answering the same “what happens next?” call and re-sending the same PDF.

With RE Tools: Clients sign in to see where their deal stands, the dates coming up and their documents, with your name and logo on it.

  • Signatures built in

The old way: Paying for a separate e-sign tool to collect a few signatures.

With RE Tools: Send a signing link that expires. Each signature records who signed, when, from which IP address, and a fingerprint of the PDF as signed.

  • A listing kit in one place

The old way: Writing the description, the social posts and the flyer from scratch for every listing.

With RE Tools: Enter the facts and photos once. RE Tools drafts the description and social posts, builds a flyer and publishes a landing page.

  • Follow-up after closing

The old way: Losing touch after closing day and forgetting to ask for the review.

With RE Tools: When a deal closes, RE Tools schedules a review request using your saved provider link and a referral ask 14 days later. The daily send pass usually delivers the review ask the next day. Open-house guests who opted in get your follow-up.

  • Built for the purchase contract

ChatGPT can read a PDF you upload, summarize it and pull information out of it. RE Tools is made for one job: it applies your state's form rules, works out the deadlines, flags risks with their clause and page, and keeps the deal, the client portal and the signatures together.

Straight answers about what RE Tools does, what it costs and what happens to your contracts.

Which contracts and states does RE Tools read?

Residential purchase contracts in eight states: Florida (FAR/BAR), Arizona, Georgia, Nevada, North Carolina, South Carolina, Tennessee and Texas. You pick the state when you upload, and RE Tools applies that state's form rules. Upload a PDF, or photograph a paper contract page by page and it becomes one PDF.

Is RE Tools legal advice?

No. RE Tools is not a law firm and does not give legal advice. It reads the contract and points out what to check. For a legal question, ask your broker or a real estate attorney.

How accurate is it, and how do I check its work?

RE Tools uses AI, so it can get things wrong. It pulls out the key terms (price, dates, parties and contingencies) for you to check against the contract, and every risk flag names the clause and page it came from, so you can go straight to the source. Treat the review as a second pair of eyes, not the final word.

What happens to the contracts I upload?

They stay private to your account. Traffic is encrypted in transit, each account's data is kept separate by row-level security in the database, and files are reached only through signed, time-limited links. We don't sell your content, and it isn't used to train AI models.

How much does it cost, and is there a free trial?

Every new account starts with a 7-day free trial, no card needed. After that, the Free plan keeps 1 active deal going at no cost, and each extra deal is a one-time $19 credit. Paid plans are Solo at $59, Team at $149 and Brokerage at $399 a month, or $590, $1,490 and $3,990 a year.

I'm a transaction coordinator. Can I pay per file?

Yes. The Free plan covers 1 active deal at a time, and each file beyond it takes one $19 credit, paid once. A closed deal stops counting as active, so the next file can take its place.

Can my team work in one account?

Yes. Team includes 5 seats and Brokerage includes 25, counting the owner's. The agents you invite join one organization that shares contract reviews, and the owner sets the branding your clients see.

Can I cancel any time?

Yes. Cancel from Settings, under Billing, whenever you like. When a paid plan ends, your account moves to the Free plan and your deals stay in your account.

What happens when the trial ends?

You move to the Free plan unless you choose a paid one. Your deals stay in your account, and the Free plan keeps one active deal going at no cost.

Will the deadlines show up in my calendar?

Yes. RE Tools gives you one calendar feed to subscribe to from Google Calendar, Apple Calendar or Outlook, so every deal's deadlines sit next to the rest of your week.
